Your walls create a solid envelope. The ICF used in our construction are hollow foam blocks that are stacked into the shape of the exterior walls, reinforced with steel rebar, and then filled with concrete. After drywall and stucco, it will create a 12” thick wall that provide these advantages:

• Disaster resistance with a fire rating up to 4-hours and wind resistance exceeding F5 hurricanes and tornadoes.

• Sound-blocking ability with a STC rating of 51+ - creating a quiet space.

• Low maintenance due to mold, rot, mildew, and insect resistance.

“ICF construction provides both structural and thermal components of the wall. These walls are well insulated, inherently tight, and durable. 1. Once you know what you would like to build, we'll help you put your plans together.

2. Once we have your dimensions and any special features identified, we can give you an accurate quote. 

3. When plans are complete and accepted, we can begin the permit process.

4. Once permits are approved, we can begin building.
